1. Who We Are

Createl is a product of e10 Infotech Private Limited, a company incorporated in India. We operate the platform available at createl.club that connects creators and brands for authentic collaborations.

2. Information We Collect

• Account information: name, email address, profile details
• Social account data (with your consent): YouTube, Instagram, and other connected platforms
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, campaign interactions
• Payment information (processed securely through Cashfree — we do not store card details)
• Communications: messages between creators and brands on the platform

3. How We Use Your Information

• Providing and improving the Createl platform
• Matching creators with relevant brand campaigns
• Processing payments and issuing invoices
• Sending transactional and product-related emails
• Complying with legal obligations

4. Google User Data (YouTube)

When you connect your YouTube account, Createl uses Google OAuth to request the youtube.readonly scope. With this scope we read only your public YouTube channel metadata: channel ID, channel title, custom URL/handle, channel thumbnail, and subscriber count.

• What we access: read-only YouTube channel metadata and statistics (no videos are uploaded, modified, or deleted; no private content is accessed).
• How we use it: to verify that you own the channel, display your channel handle on your creator profile, and keep your follower/subscriber count in sync so brands can discover you.
• How we store it: channel metadata and OAuth tokens are stored securely in our database, associated with your account. Tokens are used only to refresh the above channel data and are never shared.
• How we share it: we do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as needed to provide or improve the connected feature, comply with law, or as part of a merger. We do not use Google user data for advertising.
• Revocation & deletion: you can disconnect YouTube at any time from your creator socials settings, which deletes the stored tokens and channel data. You may also revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Createl's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers who help operate the platform (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processing) and only to the extent necessary. All processors are bound by data processing agreements.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to operate the platform and optional analytics cookies to understand usage patterns. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.

7. Your Rights

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
