Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Createl ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Platform is operated by e10 Infotech Private Limited ("e10", "we", "us"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Description

Createl is a marketplace connecting content creators with brands for paid collaboration campaigns. We provide tools for discovery, contracting, content submission, and payment processing.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one account without prior approval.

4. Creator Obligations

• Creators must disclose paid partnerships as required by applicable advertising laws (e.g., ASCI guidelines in India).
• Content must not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
• Creators are responsible for the accuracy of their audience and analytics data.

5. Brand Obligations

• Brands must honour campaign briefs and agreed payment terms.
• Campaign content must comply with all applicable advertising regulations.
• Brands may not request content that is illegal, misleading, or harmful.

6. Payments and Fees

Payments are processed via Cashfree. Createl charges a platform fee on each transaction as described on our Pricing page. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

7. Intellectual Property

Content created under a campaign remains the creator's property unless a specific content licence is agreed in the campaign brief. The Createl platform, brand, and all associated technology are the exclusive property of e10 Infotech Private Limited.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or harm other users. You may close your account at any time by contacting hello@e10infotech.com.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, e10 Infotech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding three months.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
